Finally a Tasty gluten free chocolate chip cookies which have no added sugars that are suitable for coeliacs and diabetics which is quite rare. Gullon have made a great cookie, with a lovely crunchy snap. Some may prefer these to the regular sugar free chocolate cookies Gullon also makes, as these seem to have more chocolate chips in them, you can hardly tell they are gluten free or sugar free. Be careful though as it is very easy to finish the whole packet to oneself.

INGREDIENTS:
Corn flour, sugar free chocolate chips 25% (cocoa paste, sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavour), sweetener: maltitol, corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil 15%, rice flour, soy flour, vegetable fibre, potato starch, raising agents: sodium and ammonium bicarbonates, salt, flavours, emulsifier: soya lecithin. may contain traces of milk and nuts.
